It’s definitely training my waist but in the most comfortable way. I did the sit down test and it passed. Before this only the waist trainers that hurt when I sit down worked for me but this one is great!
If you wear a Large on top get a medium.. that’s what I got and it’s perfect!!
The shoulder straps are thick and it's great. No horrible pressure points. The material is thick and soft and it actually fits. Exactly as posted love it.

I ordered a Medium according to the size chart. I can get the girdle on using the last row and even zip it, it feel very flattering in the armpit area with my flesh pouring out. This is a very beautiful and well made girdle/corset. I would definitely go up a size when ordering.
